Our fully automated CNC turning centers produce precision components with accuracy and repeatability. With bar feed capabilities up to 2-1/2" inches in diameter, 24" turning diameter and 27.5" between centers, our well maintained CNC turning centers have the capability you are looking for. Additional live tooling with full milling capabilities minimizes the need for additional set-ups saving time and reducing unit costs.

Materials: engineered plastics, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, electrical steels, super alloys, aircraft alloys, carbon, and tool steel. Additional hard turning material up to Rockwell Rc 60 hardness can eliminate the need for final grinding in some cases.
